Welcome to the Cornerstones of Health Clinic. We have recently moved to a new clinic in Northbrook, centrally located in the heart of the Land O' Lakes area. The previous clinic was established in 2005 in Toronto to help facilitate the growing paradigm shift towards complementary health care in the whole of our society.

Here at Cornerstones of Health we acknowledge that the body is a complete functioning entity with 11 systems that all affect one another. The clinic currently offers many types of massage therapy, stretching therapy, personal training, and nutritional supplements/assessments. Our goal is to be able to help address any condition or symptom which you are experiencing.
