Adhering to our philosophy of complete health, which also includes addressing the physical body. There is no one ‘correct’ style or type of exercise which one should follow. Every person is different, both in needs as well as goals. There are however some basic tenets that should be followed to get the most out of your physical exercise. They are: strength training, cardiovascular activity, balance and agility. This is why at Cornerstones of Health we provide a variety of personal training options. We will work with you to perform a personal program which includes a complete assessment. This will help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
We have several trainers with over 15 years of experience who have extensive training in a wide variety of disciplines such as: martial arts, Yoga/ Pilates, triathlon/marathon training and racing. We believe in utilizing functional as well circuit training to maximize your efforts and give you the desired results in the shortest length of time.
We have the facilities to train you at the clinic as well as being available for in-home training sessions.
